We allow for returns of approved items up to 7 days after delivery with an approved RMA from our support department at email@example.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in new, unaltered and unused condition without showing signs of wear or damage in any way – item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
- Headphones (if the plastic shrink-wrap/seal has been broken)
- Perishable goods such as food, drinks, newspapers or magazines.
- Intimate items or sanitary goods
- Downloadable media
- Health, Beauty and Personal Care items
- Sale Items
- Gift cards
- Special order items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you have not received notification within 3 business days of us receiving your return, please contact us and provide the RMA # and tracking # so we may track the status of the return in the warehouse.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-4 business days for the original purchase amount (not to include shipping) minus a restocking fee of 15%. If your return is rejected for any reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to return the item(s) to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you are expecting and haven’t received a refund, please make sure you allow at least 3 business days after we have refunded the money to your account as it can take this long for your issuing bank to post the changes.
If you still have not received your refund after 5 business days please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll assist you further in resolving the matter.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for assistance.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Otherwise all gifts must be returned by the purchaser of the item(s) and they will receive a refund.
Instructions for returning the item(s) will be provided at the time your RMA is generated.
All returns MUST have the RMA written CLEARLY on the outside of the box in addition to the included return packing slip that we will send you when the RMA is generated.
Unless the product you received was damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in addition to a 15% restocking fee.
When sending your return you should use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
